  • Account means the user account created for access to the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Adwaso in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies or guidelines we post (including our Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

5. Merchant Obligations and Conduct

If you use Adwaso as a Merchant (i.e., to operate an online store):

  1. Compliance with Laws
    • You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
    • You are responsible for obtaining all required licenses, permits, or registrations for your business.
  2. Products, Listings, and Descriptions
    • You must provide accurate, clear, and honest descriptions of goods or services.
    • You must honor your stated return, refund, and shipping policies.
    • You must not list or sell prohibited or restricted items.
  3. Customer Service and Communications
    • You must respond to customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds in a timely and professional manner.
    • You must not use deceptive, misleading, harassing, or abusive practices.
  4. Third-Party Links, Payment Processors, and Integrations
    • If you integrate with third-party services, you are responsible for complying with their terms.
    • You grant us a license to display and use your store content as needed to provide the Service.
  5. Prohibited Conduct
